Connecting Globally: International Data Project

The International Data Project workshop will be a chance to discuss using the iPad as a connection tool for national/international/cross school sharing of data and information. A specific project will be shared with examples and explanations of how the following apps and programs were used in the project: Numbers, Google Forms (laptop or browser with iPad participant use), iMovie. This main idea of sharing student to student information through google forms is applicable to all grades and across subject areas. This workshop has applications for beginner to advance. A breakout table will also be set aside during the work time to look at using the numbers app for data applications and analysis. Educators who have tried similar projects are invited to participate to brainstorm strengthen, weaknesses, and next steps. Apps to Download: Numbers, Google Sheets
