Coding in MS: iPad as Your Tool!

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Bring coding into your school using the iPad as your tool of choice! In this session, we will explore Hopscotch, Code.Org, Codea, and even a little robotics on our iPads as we discuss ways to bring logical thinking into the curriculum and the experience of your middle school students. We will share ideas on how teachers can model an approach to problem solving, persistence, finding problems, and collaboration using coding as the medium and "excuse." This session is focused on the middle grades with connection points for all levels. Audience: Intermediate. Please download the Hopscotch app (free) before the session.
