Tech in Nature: Nature Walk With a Digital Microscope

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

One of the great things about the iPad is you can take your technology on the move. First we will meet in a classroom to introduce and prepare any Apps we may want to use.  Then, we will head outside and take a loop around the paths of campus to the school garden. We will use both the regular camera feature as a digital microscope extension to capture a new perspective and take a closer look. We can then use these pictures in other apps to label, draw, or create. Applications to science and art. All school levels and teacher skills level are welcome.

AirMicroPad is the App we will use for the digital microscope (free)
You will be introduced to the Brushes art App
You may also use Notability or other annotation App you already have.
