Partnering with Academic Technology in the History Classroom

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

The best projects come out of collaboration. If you are a beginner and just starting to integrate technology and looking for projects, activities, and rubrics for content mastery and developing analytical skills for your students, we will share the process and resources we have used to develop several successful classroom technology integrations. Tools and strategies discussed will include primary source portfolios, formative assessments using Kahoot, creating historical narratives through graphic novels, simulated social media feeds to establish point of view, and using computer science to build platforms for historical content delivery. Presenters will provide lesson plans, rubrics, and project examples. Session topic may be tailored to fit all school levels.
